Dr. Paul Kapotwe is a Zambian citizen with a multi-disciplinary career in education, mining, banking, rural development, agribusiness, livelihoods, organization development and strategic management. He is a team player and practitioner of corporate governance and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, demonstrating accountability and transparency in the management of human, technical and fiscal resources. He possesses strategic planning, institutional management and leadership attributes having led the development and implementation of Strategic Plans for local and international organizations, ensuring adherence to established legal, regulatory and strategic frameworks. Dr. Kapotwe possesses high advocacy and policy influencing skills. He is an advocate for human development and sustainable livelihoods armed with diverse human capital development, gender integration and participatory leadership skills His exposure in education, commerce, civil society and public service has sharpened his People and Organization Development (POD) abilities. He is a tested leader and manager with over 15 years’ experience in a diversity of sectors. He has demonstrated effective partner and team management abilities in multi-level collaborative partnerships at local and international levels.

Dr. Kapotwe is an analytical thinker and communicator who is well-versed in Corporate governance and Human resources management. He has also served on several boards of local and international organizations.
