Damaris Mulewa holds a masters in Monitoring and Evaluation with more than nine years’ experience in management of programs/projects and development, use and evaluating Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) systems. Damaris has been involved in building capacity of project and research teams across the East Africa Region.  She has led and contributed to the development of funding proposals, and forged working partnerships with development partners and governments in the East Africa Region. Her experience cuts service delivery, advocacy, community development, and humanitarian response of multi-country and multi-donor funded development programs. Thematic areas of experience include Education, Health & Nutrition, Agriculture, Livestock and Food Security, Livelihood, Social Protection, and Natural Resource Management.
