I am communication professional, with several years of experience implementing knowledge management and strategic communication for development programmes in Kenya. I work with technical teams, including researchers, to conceptualise and implement policy advocacy, knowledge management and communication activities to raise awareness, understanding and utilisation of project information and research results.

I have several years of experience working as full-time staff on USAID-funded projects and in managing program annual and quarterly results reporting. In addition, I have provided services as an independent communication consultant to several agencies, including the following: UNESCO Kenya; UN Women Kenya; World Bank Kenya (seconded to Kenya Council of Governors; Options Consultancy (UK); Palladium/Futures Group; SNV’s Voice for Change Project (through consultancy with Centre for Public Health Research and Management); Population Council; and African Institute for Development Policy (AFIDEP).
